The hotel is unique and fairly clean. Everything is second to none. The staff are amazingly attentive and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Their rooms are always beautifully maintained and brand-new with a gorgeous marbled bathroom and king-size bed. The breakfast was hot, and we loved the huge variety of meals. Great service and outstanding food. Overall excellent facilities with convenient parking.

The hotel is clean, with exceptionally attentive staff, especially Eden in concierge. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. The nearby Observatory Bar is a great place to chill out.

This hotel is beautifully appointed with very helpful employees with exceptional service-far superior to other hotels I have stayed at in Australia. Exquisite Pool Experience

I recently stayed at a hotel with a remarkable pool, just like The Langham. The reception staff showed genuine warmth and friendliness, even giving my daughter her own check-in folder and pen. We were delighted to find a teddy bear robe, slippers, and a backpack waiting for us in the room. The pool area was perfect for a winter day, and the staff there were divine, engaging with us despite the busy spa treatments. The rooms were spacious and had a modern yet charming ambiance. The attention to detail and luxurious finishes left a lasting impression. Although the breakfast was average, the exceptional service from the staff made up for it. On check-out, we were pleasantly surprised when the same staff member who checked us in asked my daughter about her swim. It made her feel truly special. Valet attendants were lovely, and the location was convenient for exploring. I had a delightful experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Loved the decor, the facilities were outstanding and the room was lovely and spotless. The outstanding feature was the staff. Outstanding service and unfailingly polite, courteous and helpful. We were very well looked after. Well done.

Some very minor issues. A room lamp was out, a bedside telephone had a sticking hook and would not answer when picked up (but there were 3 other phones) and the bill was not slid under the door the night before check out as promised. Otherwise, room servicing was outstanding.

We had a fantastic family stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The double double room was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the shopping district, making it a great spot for avid shoppers like us. The room was well-maintained and the bathroom featured modern amenities. The attentive service provided by the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including beef and potato pie, tuna and creme fresh tartlet, and tasty sandwiches. The hotel itself boasts beautiful interiors and reliable technology, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for guests.

The swimming pool area could sometimes be crowded and noisy.

Position - proximity to the Rocks, Ferries, Botanical Gardens, Art Gallery, Paddington Market & Darling Harbour restaurants.

We recently stayed at The Langham for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, stylish, and filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to sunlight streaming through the windows was a delight. The hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful walks along the harbor foreshore and a fantastic Japanese restaurant just up the street. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff at the door to the helpful reception, restaurant, and bar staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we can't fault a thing. A truly delightful stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a boutique feel about it. I particuklalry liked the reading room and bar downstairs. They felt like places you could relax in.
